Hi, I'm Simon.

At Kingfishers Consulting, we help leaders and organisations build a powerful leadership brand, communicating with clarity, courage and presence in every room and in every conversation that matters.

Like many businesses, this one began with a personal story.

I left my first marketing job because I was terrified of public speaking. The moment I was asked to make cold sales calls and present in the boardroom, I ran. That fear trapped me for years, because I knew that if I couldn't communicate well, I'd miss out on most of life's opportunities.

What followed was a decade-long journey to find my voice. Thanks to great mentors, coaches, and hard-won experience, I turned my greatest fear into my greatest passion, now helping others do the same.
