Hi – I'm Simon.

At Kingfishers Consulting, we help leaders and organisations communicate with clarity, courage, and presence - in every room, on every screen, and in every conversation that matters.

Like many businesses, this one began with a personal story.

I left my first marketing job because I was terrified of public speaking. The moment I was asked to make cold sales calls and present in the boardroom, I ran. That fear trapped me for years because I knew that if I couldn't communicate well, I'd miss out on most of life's opportunities.

What followed was a decade-long journey to find my voice. Thanks to great mentors, coaches, and hard-won experience, I turned my greatest fear into my greatest passion, now helping others do the same.

Today, we work with leaders, executive teams, and organisations across sectors on the full spectrum of professional communication, from high-stakes boardroom presentations and stakeholder pitches to virtual meetings, sales conversations and the everyday interactions that build trust and influence.

Most communication fails not because people lack technique but because we've forgotten we're talking to humans. Behind every sales target, every KPI, every metric is a person with real needs, real concerns and real problems.
